  • HB 1165 – modify certain provisions pertaining to absentee voting. Prohibits the use of absentee ballot drop boxes. This bill has already cleared the House! Contact members of the Senate State Affairs Committee before Feb. 22.

  • HB 1217 modify requirements for eligibility to vote by absentee ballot. This adds restrictions on who is qualified to absentee vote as well as reduces the amount of time for absentee voting.
    
    This bill moved out of House Local Government Committee on Feb. 16 with a Do Pass, but the vote was split. There is some chance of stopping it on the House Floor.  Contact House Representatives from your district!
